MPS 14000 high speed bag sealers, with dual heating and cooling zones, deliver an extraordinary 1,500 inches (3,810 cm) per minute of validatable sealing, providing high speed hermetic sealing on any type of heat sealable bag, including paper, poly, and heavy duty materials, up to 12 mil/300 micron thick (6 mil/150 micron maximum when gusseted).
A versatile bag sealer for a wide range of applications, the MPS 14000 offers a sealing process that can be adjusted to accommodate variations in material and bag style, ensuring reliable seal integrity on every bag and can be configured for horizontal or vertical sealing, manual, semiautomatic or automatic loading, easily adjustable for a variety of bag sizes. Custom conveyors are available as an option to accommodate any bag size, weight, or special application.
