Pronova 505 Bagging Machine

The Pronova 505 is the smallest bagging machine, designed to meet the needs of those who are just starting to automate the packaging of their products - a perfect entry-level machine.
For a more automated filling, the 505 can be integrated with filling stations like weighers and counters and printers can be added for further efficiency. The design is simple and clean with only the most necessary functions. Feeding of the bags is intermittent and the speed is adjustable.
For a convenient and operator-friendly work station, the 505 comes with an optional small work table, which holds three unloading boxes.
Pronova 510 Bagging Machine
The most flexible Pronova bagging machine model.
The Pronova 510 is designed mainly for manual filling but can easily be integrated with the rest of the production for a fully automated packaging process. Suitable for a large range of light-weight products. The Pronova 510 bagging machine is a highly versatile and efficient machine that automatically and without moving parts opens up and seals linked Joker® bags. It is mostly designed for manual filling and for the somewhat easier in-line applications.
The machine opens up several bags for filling simultaneously and then automatically seals them closed. By simply loosening two knobs on the opening rails you can instantly and easily change the bag opening and adjust it to fit the product's size and shape - from a narrow and thin up to a wide and rectangular opening. For a convenient work station, the Pronova 510 is available with a large work table. Ergonomic features such as the easy height adjustment makes it a highly operator-friendly work station.
Pronova 520 Bagging Machine

The Pronova 520 bagging machine is a robust machine that automatically and conveniently places cardboard headers onto the bag as they are sealed closed. The Pronova 525 is a robust and highly efficient bag packaging machine that is mainly designed for 24-hour-use in automatic packaging lines. The optional supporting conveyor allows for heavy products to be packaged vertically, or horizontally. The machine has proven to be reliable in tough environments.

The Pronova 535 is a robust and highly efficient stainless steel bag packaging machine that is mainly designed for 24-hour-use in automatic packaging lines, packaging products that require hygienic packaging, for example food and pharmaceutical products. The optional supporting conveyor allows for heavy products to be packaged, vertically or horizontally. The machine can be thoroughly rinsed and has proven to be reliable in tough environments. the 535 has an integrated beam system that hides the cords, which makes it easy to also keep the surface around the machine tidy and safe.
Pronova 535H Bagging Machine
Stainless Steel Joker® Bagging Machine for Heavy Products Packaged Horizontally.
The Pronova 535H bagging machine is the horizontal version of the 535 bag packaging machine. It is designed to be integrated with a filler that automatically pushes the products inside the bags. Pronova 525H and the stainless steel model 535H are robust and highly efficient packaging machines for horizontal bag packaging, designed for 24-hour-use in automated packaging lines, where the products need to be packed, horizontally. A supporting conveyor belt keeps the bags horizontally placed through the sealing unit. The stainless steel model is especially well suited for products that require hygienic packing as it can be thoroughly rinsed and cleansed.
