The MPS 6300, a continuous bag sealer capable of creating validatable seals at speeds up to 1000” per minute for bags/pouches weighing up to 2.0 lbs, depending on bag width and thickness, is a reliable, easy-to-operate and low maintenance machine, with easy access to the seal section. It has all modular components for easy expandability and includes visual and audio alarms for deviations in heat, speed, and pressure.
The MPS 6300 provides fast, precise, strong seals on Tyvek, foil. poly bags and all hermetic materials typically used for packaging medical instruments or disposable devices such as IV bags, suture kits, medical draping, bandages, gauze, and other sterile products and offers true plug and play capabilities for any clean room or sterile packaging environment
A standard easy to use touchscreen display and PC provide data collection, process management control, routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting data.
