Stainless Steel Joker® Bagging Machine for Heavy Products Packaged Horizontally.
The Pronova 535H bagging machine is the horizontal version of the 535 bag packaging machine. It is designed to be integrated with a filler that automatically pushes the products inside the bags. Pronova 525H and the stainless steel model 535H are robust and highly efficient packaging machines for horizontal bag packaging, designed for 24-hour-use in automated packaging lines, where the products need to be packed, horizontally. A supporting conveyor belt keeps the bags horizontally placed through the sealing unit. The stainless steel model is especially well suited for products that require hygienic packing as it can be thoroughly rinsed and cleansed.
The machine is integrated with a filler that horizontally feeds a set amount that fills the bags, either one or two at a time. With a continuous product flow, Pronova 535H can be supplied with a product counter and equipment that collects the product, while putting a new bag in position.
Ideal for products that need to be positioned in a certain way in the bags or products that are fragile and need extra careful handling.
